The Endora Napkin Set
Which women in film and television made a mark on you?
To Phil, Co-Founder of Little Goodies, it was Endora, the glamorous and mischievous witch from the 1960s fantasy sitcom Bewitched. Mother of the main character, Samantha Stephens, Endora was known for her clever humor, sharp tongue, and deep love for family, serving as a cultural force for womanhood who challenged social norms and gender roles.
Endora’s unwavering confidence and free-spiritedness were something Phil had never seen before, channeled through her supernatural powers and unapologetic disapproval of her daughter’s suburban housewife life and traditional marriage. He loved the energy she would bring and the outfits she would don every time she poofed and appeared in her daughter Samantha’s home.
Meet The Endora Napkin Set, an ode to Endora’s glamour and energy. This napkin features a brown gingham pattern and a green trim reminiscent of Endora’s fierce green caftans.
The Endora Napkin Set is part of Madres on Screen, an exclusive and one-of-a-kind collection of linen napkins in collaboration with MADRE, the Portland-based brand known for everyday home essentials. The collection features five limited-edition sets of four napkins with vibrant trims inspired by women on the big and small screen, each chosen by MADRE Co-Founders Shay and Jeanie and Little Goodies Co-Founders Danny and Phil.
Every MADRE napkin is made of 100% linen grown in Belgium and woven in a Lithuanian mill that runs on green energy. In addition, the fabric is Oeko-Tex certified, and every piece is designed and sewn in Portland, Oregon.
