Jill Bunny Candle
What cartoons did you watch growing up?
For Janie Korn, the artist behind this extra sweet candle, a favorite was 1930s cartoons by Fleischer Studios, best known for creating Betty Boop, Popeye, and some of the first anthropomorphic characters featured in animation.
Behold the Jill Bunny candle by artist Janie Korn, an interpretation of Jill Rabbit, the bride from one of Janie’s favorite cartoons, "Bunny Mooning." The 1937 cartoon short follows two special bunnies getting married and the prep that goes into their special day with the help of a few other animal friends. Part of an exclusive collection of candles inspired by carefree days of watching cartoons and eating candy, we're big fans of Jill Bunny's lashes and dress.
This candle is handmade by Janie in her studio and is one-of-a-kind, exclusively available at Little Goodies. This little goody would look great on a bookshelf or bring joy to a mantle.
