Bunny Mooning Candle
What cartoons did you watch growing up?
For Little Goodies Co-Founders Danny and Phil, as kids, they loved the classical music and colors from Looney Tunes and the characters featured in cartoons by Fleischer Studios, best known for creating Betty Boop, Popeye, and some of the first anthropomorphic characters featured in animation. We remember the credits to these cartoons cueing things like lava on the furniture or darting for the kitchen to get a snack before the next show started.
Behold "The Bunny Mooning Candle" by wax sculptor and artist Janie Korn, an interpretation of Jill and Jack Rabbit, the bride and groom from one of Janie's favorite cartoons, "Bunny Mooning." The 1937 cartoon short follows two special bunnies getting married and the prep that goes into their special day with the help of a few other animal friends.
This candle is part of an exclusive collection of candles in collaboration with Janie, capturing the carefree days of watching cartoons and eating candy. Each candle is one-of-a-kind and handmade in her studio. Make it a unique and special gift for newlyweds, or add it to a prime spot on your shelf.
